Power Vinyasa (Flow) is an energetic, dynamic and vigorous practice that combines breath work (pranayama) with the continuous flow of postures that creates a high-heat, high-energy workout. This class is designed to sculpt your body, build strength and improve flexibility. The class will inspire you to tap into your deepest potential and reveal your optimum fitness. Recommended for those who seek a challenging, physical workout. Also great for athletes to stay in shape and flexible during the off season. Level: Intermediate - Participants should have some Yoga experience prior to joining this class.
