Well Being Yoga is a yoga and health studio in the beautiful Poulsbo Place neighborhood.
We are committed to sharing a safe and empowering approach to yoga so that “every body”
can reap the benefits of yoga. Our classes deliver practical, user-friendly style that
makes practicing yoga accessible for any age or level of fitness.
Well Being Yoga offers a full and varied schedule of classes each week. We love our
community and want to share the vitality, balance and joy of practicing yoga with you.
From babies to baby boomers (and every body else), we have a yoga class for you!
We offer small class sizes that allow personal and individualized attention for each attendee.

Check out our New Student Guide for basic instructions on how to get started. We have different
levels of activity in our classes to accommodate all levels of experience.
Cancellations: Occasionally, classes may be cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen
circumstances. If this is a concern for you, please call us beforehand for up-to-date
information. If a class has consistent low attendance, it may be cancelled. Check most
