These classes are held continuously and are available for drop-in. Space is limited in some of our classes so pre-registration is highly recommended.
Therapeutic Yoga
focuses on a gentle, effective approach to alleviate pain and tension and improving strength
and alignment of the body. Yoga poses are modified for the individual by using props and
techniques. This class is safe for anyone with neck or back pain, disc conditions, sciatica
and many other conditions. It is also a great class if you are seeking a beginning yoga program
or seeking a slower, gentler yoga practice.
Active Yoga
aims at building strength and endurance in body and mind, blending flowing movements with some
long holds in poses. As the name suggests, this class moves at a slightly more active pace than
our Mixed Level class so be prepared to sweat! Yoga poses that create a bit more challenge are
introduced so having some yoga experience is helpful but newer students that are physically fit
are encouraged to join in.
Mixed Level Yoga
is a moderately paced class that allows students to learn and practice proper alignment while
still touching on fundamentals of traditional yoga poses. You will work on correct form in a
broad assortment of yoga poses as well as introduce breath work (pranayama) and relaxation
techniques. Modifications are offered to support the newer yoga student while challenges are
encouraged for those who have been practicing yoga longer.
Chair Yoga
is a 30 minute gentle yoga class that uses props, chairs and the wall to assist participants
of all ages and abilities to enjoy the benefits of yoga. The entire class is practiced either
standing or seated in a chair. The focus will be on increasing flexibility, strength, endurance
and overall wellness. Ideal for those rehabilitating from illness or injury or anyone who wishes
to practice yoga without getting on the floor.
These classes have a specific start and stop date so are not always offered. Please refer to schedule for current and upcoming offerings. Some of these classes have limited attendance while others are available on a drop-in basis. Pre-registration may be required.
YogaSpa
is a unique yoga class that combines restorative yoga with massage therapy and hot stone/heat
therapy. YogaSpa is a blissful experience where you will feel rejuvenated, refreshed and
pampered. Some of the benefits include reduced stress, improved sleep, better digestion and
greater flexibility. Facilitated by a yoga instructor experienced in bodywork and wellness,
each session will last 1 hour to 1 ½ hours in length depending on number of attendees. Maximum
attendance is 5 per session; registration is required.
Yoga Vitamin
Get your daily dose of Yoga! These 30 minute classes are designed for the yoga student who wants
to develop a home practice or the busy person seeking a shorter session. In these 3 week series,
the instructor will repeat the same sequence each week so that you will have plenty of opportunity
to learn it. A written copy of the sequence will be available so that you can repeat the practice
confidently at home. A different sequence will be introduced at the start of every new series.

Therapeutic Yoga Vitamin is a 30 minute version of our Therapeutic Yoga class. Learn
a safe, simple and effective yoga sequence that will improve joint alignment, muscular
strength and help alleviate tension and pain in the body. Props will be used to modify
poses to make them available to all levels of experience.
Mixed Level Yoga Vitamin is a 30 minute version of our Mixed Level Yoga class. Proper
alignment and traditional poses will be emphasized. A short but effective yoga sequence
that will involve breathwork, standing/sitting yoga poses and a relaxing finish. Just
enough to satisfy your yoga cravings!
Whole Birth Yoga
This multi-week course offers pre-natal yoga poses, pregnancy support and group discussion for
expectant moms. Learn healthy ways to reduce stress, pain and anxiety before & during labor.
Connect with other expectant mothers in a small group setting. Address the emotional concerns
of pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Classes are 3 hours long and held once a week. See schedule
for dates/times.

Storytime Yoga
is an innovative children's yoga program that integrates yoga and storytelling, poetry,
Spanish, healthy eating, and peace and character education to produce healthy, peaceful
and literate children, families and communities. (Ages 5 – 8)
BABY Itsy Bitsy Yoga
A calming and nurturing yoga class where parents learn to help babies unfold their
motor skills, sleep better, feel happier, and digest with ease. IBY is a great way to
bond with your baby and meet like-minded parents in your community.

TOTS Itsy Bitsy Yoga
A supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga practice for your busy tot. Continue bonding
with your child as you help them feel comfortable in their moving body, develop
self-confidence, and encourage their creative spirit. Experience the shared joy and
delight when tots move into Yoga poses on their own! (Almost crawling to 24 months)
