New Class! Power Vinyasa (Flow)

Power Vinyasa (Flow) is an energetic, dynamic and vigorous practice that combines breath work (pranayama) with the continuous flow of postures that creates a high-heat, high-energy workout. This class is designed to sculpt your body, build strength and improve flexibility. The class will inspire you to tap into your deepest potential and reveal your optimum fitness. Recommended for those who seek a challenging, physical workout. Also great for athletes to stay in shape and flexible during the off season. Level: Intermediate - Participants should have some Yoga experience prior to joining this class.

Join us on Saturday mornings at 8:30am and start your weekend off with a Mixed Level Yoga class. Beginner to Intermediate. Mixed Level Yoga A moderately paced class that allows students to learn and practice proper alignment while still touching on fundamentals of traditional yoga poses.You will work on correct form in a broad assortment of yoga poses as well as introduce breath work (pranayama) and relaxation techniques. Modifications are offered to support the newer yoga student while challenges are encouraged for those who have prior experience.

YogaSpa is a unique yoga class that combines gentle restorative yoga with relaxing massage and hot stone/heat therapy. YogaSpa is a blissful experience where you will
feel rejuvenated, refreshed and less stressed.
Session lasts approximately 60 - 75 minutes.
Minimum 3/Maximum 5 people/session.

Walk & Yoga is a unique 75 minute workout integrating the cardiovascular benefits of walking with the flexibility and stress relief of yoga. Saturdays at 8:30am, starting June 4th. Yoga Vitamin ~ These 30 minute classes are designed for the yoga student who wants to develop a home practice or the busy person seeking a shorter session. In this 3 week series, the instructor will repeat the same sequence each week so that you will have plenty of opportunity to learn it. Our first series will run 5/12 - 5/26.
